Process

Get in touch with us and we’ll confirm our availability against your timeframe, and book a site visit. A quick first step to see if we’re the right fit and when we could start.

We meet on site to talk through your ideas. Our job is to tell you honestly what’s possible, keep expectations realistic and give you a ballpark figure within a couple of days of meeting together.

If the ballpark works for you, we request a small fee from you, which lets us price the job properly. From there we prepare a preliminary agreement with a full cost breakdown, and outline any deposits that might be needed with consultants along the way.

We get to work. Schedules, drawings and documentation are prepared and we bring in real prices from our suppliers and trades so your proposal is built on actual numbers, not guesses.

We then sit down and go through the full scope and pricing together. This is where we check the final scope of work together, answer any last questions, and reach agreement so work can begin.

Once you’re happy, we convert the agreed scope into a contract. You sign, pay the initial deposits, and we schedule all trades and get started on site.
